Convincing people to kill people in the name of God vs. refusing to sign a government document in the name of God. Not really different.

I have no idea who that beast is, but Google image search best guess is

Best guess for this image: adolf hitler vs osama bin laden.

Well if you are going to make blanket references regarding the demographic of political parties attaching fundamentalist religious nuts to the left is a bit of a stretch. As far as its being buried in every story if I were a republican I would just blame the liberal media

Most of the migrants come from war-torn countries like Syria, Sudan, Libya, and Palestine — all of which have experienced a military campaign either led or sponsored by the US in the last three years. Since 2001, when the War on Terror was declared, the U.S. military’s Special Operations Command (SOCOM) has increased its personnel from 30,000 to 70,000 members. Sub-commands of SOCOM include the Africa-based SOCAFRICA, SOCEUR, and SOCCENT and CENTCOMM, both of which are actively waging secretive military campaigns in the Middle East.

Apparently US military action has caused the migrant crisis.

No, the right is obviously the vast majority of fundamentalist religious nuts - that's why the fact that she is a Democrat is at least as interesting as her 4 marriages. But her multiple marriages make her a hypocrite, and by extension it makes the religious right hypocrites. That's why my news feed has been clogged with people posting the multitude of stories about her multiple marriages. Her being a Democrat is equally interesting and unexpected from someone so strongly opposed to gay marriage, but it doesn't give those that oppose her the same self satisfaction. So it's better to ignore the fact that they might have something in common with her.

I've read a few stories about her and her political party was never mentioned.  I find the Democrat bit more interesting than the four marriages.  My other favorite bit of info about her is that her mother was County Clerk for 40 years and her son is a clerk also.  Love how it seems to be a family business.

The far religious right of left for that matter (if such a thing exists ) have plenty of issues imo the least of which is hypocrisy as that seems a pretty universal trait in organized religions in general

Hypocrisy is a human trait which isn't only specific to religious people. It's just that religious people have certain guidelines/rules that serve to highlight this hypocrisy whereas non-religious people don't necessarily have a set moral guideline, so there's nothing and no one to call it out for them.

Non-religious people also don't have any pretext for special Constitutional protections to inflict their views (hypocritical or not) on others when it would otherwise be against the law.

This is true; only valid Constitutional protections for all citizens.
