"undent" a leather shoe.

Title says it all. Can you "undent" a nice leather shoe?

I think it may be possible but will depend on a few factors.If the shoe is made with a synthetic toe stiffener then I think you are stuck with the dent.
If its a leather toe stiffener then if the shoe is wet thro and a suitable last ( preferably the original ) is put on then the dent can be tapped out.You really need a good repairer or a shoemaker to help with this. There is a risk of getting a water stain as they are brown it depends on the leather type so you may not want to take this route. Hope this helps
