I was at a basketball practice when i was going to grab my rebound i guess i landed on my right foot wrong and after that i felt a sharp tingling pain in my foot and so i was thing that it was just a little tweak but then it kept hurting so i tried to walk it off it didn't work but i still had more practice so i had to suck it up so i would start the nest game. and now I'm regretting that decision because the outside of my right foot still hurts when i walk on it regularly and on the outside and on my heel and on my toes.  my mom is a basketball coach and has been a track coach and many other things in sports for many years, and she says that its probably a pulled muscle in my foot. but i haven't  practice tomorrow and a game on Friday what do i do?
