Custom dress shoes in Hampton Roads, VA & Richmond, VA ?

What's going on? Almost two years ago, I was in Brooks Brothers in VA Beach Towne Center. One the employees mentioned that there was a place in Richmond, VA that made custom dress shoes. Dan Ryan in VA. Beach (Hilltop North section) used to make custom shoes, but the person that did them died four years ago.

 

Does anyone know of this place in Richmond, VA and know if there is a place like that in Hampton Roads, VA?

i haven't, they're pretty pricey, but i saw some at franco's at short pump mall. look very nice - on par with midrange english shoes i've seen (C&J, etc). i'd be surprised if there was an actual bespoke shoe maker in richmond.. there's a few MTM clothing outfits, but I don't think that there's a place to get full bespoke anything around here.

I appreciate you helping me out. You live in VA too, so you know how difficult it is to get the good stuff unless you go to DC or NYC.
