What did you go with for layering?

If you're still looking I'd go with Patagonia merino 3 top with the Helly Hansen Warm hybrid 3/4 length long underwear. You don't want to go with regular long underwear, the extra material of the full length pant will get folded up and compressed in the boot and is generally uncomfortable. Ski boots have sufficient insulation to keep your feet and calf warm so go with a thin pair of OTC Smartwool PhD ski specific socks or something similar. If that Marmot you posted is just a shell go with a medium-weight non-windproof fleece. The shell will provide all the wind proofing you need and windproof fleeces have decreased breathability, Patagonia or Arc'teryx are my brands of choice. Also wouldn't have gone with the Stoic gloves. Stoic is the in-house brand for Backcountry.com, and is of suitable quality. But if you want something nice go with Hestra who makes the best ski gloves IMHO.

general rule, don't wear anything cotton under your ski clothes unless you want to be cold and wet all day.
