Just wanted to give a little mini review on a shirt I got by USDG, this one here:

The reason I copped this was for the color, its got the kind of burgundy-ish red I like.  But trying it on I was just hugely impressed by the quality.  The construction is up to, and maybe even surpasses my GBV shirts, which are definitely up there in the shirt universe.  Almost everything's reinforced, from the cuffs, to the collar, to the placket, even the side seams.  I could really feel it when I put it on for the first time. The buttons are also huge, nicely thick and pearlescent here.

But finally a helpful PSA: do not size down on these shirts! I'm between an M and L and it can be confusing when shirts are advertised as slim -- I've had to tailor some Gant Rugger and Gitman Larges before, and am just comfortable in Uniqlo's slim fit oxfords in Large (current season).  This shirt definitely doesn't go that direction; it's very, very slim cut without darting (I think) and the cuffs taper so there isn't really room for waffling.  If I had 5-10 more pounds on me the L I ordered definitely wouldn't fit. The nice detail about the cut is that it doesn't look uncomfortable or cropped IMO as it otherwise might, as slim as it is, because of the longer shirt tail.

Thanks for the kind words! It's great to hear.

You're right about our shirts not having darts -- all of the shaping is done in the side-seams.

We're packing and shipping FW13 orders right now, so stores should be receiving new stock in the next week or two.

Will the chinos be the same as last seasons?

I hope they make changes. The back pockets on the s/s ones arent big enough to hold my wallet. I'm not talking about a George Costanza situation either.

We have a couple of new fabrics, but the cut is exactly the same.

I'll pass that along to the designer.

Sorry if that sounded snippy... I love your stuff (I have like 8 pieces from last season alone), just providing some feedback. Looking forward to the fall collection!

shog[1].gif not at all, dude. I'd be lying if I said I never had the same problem myself. My wallet fits totally fine, but it's a little tight to button the pocket back up...so I'm not surprised to hear that feedback.

Not sure if it's already elsewhere here, but will there be a different white oxford shirt for FW 13 or is it the same as the one from the summer? Additionally, do the oxfords have the same cut as shirts from last year? (I own the grey flannel, which has to be my best fitting shirt by far)
