I'm up at 7. Have to be in the office by 9 although I like to be early to take care of non-client stuff (like billing my time) and to just get in the groove--even though real work doesn't really start until like 9:45 or so.
Of course since people don't have their stuff together in the morning, the real work always stretches later and later.

alarm goes off at 8, get up at 8:20, bathroom stuff until 8:50, get dressed until 9, maybe squeeze in cereal if there's time, at work by 9:30

Usually I would be up at 8, wash up, eat breakfast, then out the door and be at the office by 9:30ish
Lately, I wake up at 840ish, wash up, get dressed, then rush out the door to make it by 10.
