Not only has he not evolved since 1997, it looks like all of his suits were made at that time (cu$tom, I'm sure), and he just still thinks they are fly ass shit. I bet he hasn't bought anything new in 20 yrs (other than suits, all his shit is free Nike gear).

He was, though.

No players were wearing suits or ties at the time. When in 2012 you see some NFL douchebag lineman wearing a fist-size knot Brioni tie in a post-game interview trying to look "dapper", that is due to MJ.

He was one of the first to wear longer shorts (which still persists today).

He was one of the first to wear low-cut socks.

He was the first to wear non-white shoes.

He was the first athlete that I remember who reacted to premature balding by completely shaving his head (IMHO this is a big fucking deal).
