need suggestions for a brown shoe, i rarely wear dress shoes but when i do i feel my black captoe oxfords are too formal at times. looking for a brown/brown-ish colored shoe. something casual. budget is max of $750. i have a slight preference for the derby/blucher style, however this is not an absolute rule. no captoe oxford since i have one in black. no broguing, that shit is just pure ugly. no monkstraps, not my style. medalions, i am neutral if done right, else i prefer not. SF shoe experts, lets see what you got.

I am going to suggest either the Allen Edmonds Kenilworth, the Allen Edmonds San Marco, or the Allen Edmonds Black Hills depending on how casual you want to go.

Kenilworth is available in both brown and walnut, so you can pick which shade of brown you like best. This shoe can do suit to jeans in my opinion.

San Marco is available in brown grain and is a more casual shoe - not really appropriate with a suit.

Black Hills is available in walnut, but is bit darker than other AE walnuts I have. Black Hills is also casual - not appropriate for suit or slacks / sport coat in my opinion.

With your budget, you could get 2 of the 3 listed above.
