Where can I purchase a pair of sunglasses like the man to the left is wearing? Maybe someone can identify the maker. Thank you in advance.

They look like Ray-Bans. There is a possibility the gentleman switched out the lenses, which would be an expensive way of having something unique. I know Oakley usually has funky lenses like that though.
