Does your neck/shirt size increase as you get older?

So my question is this. Does your neck size or shirt size get larger as you get older? I ask because I bought a few shirts 15.5. They are very snug but I want them to last me a few more years yet. So should I be investing in a 16 or will my neck be the same for years to come? I am 23.

Will your waist size get larger? There is your answer.

Unless you get a goiter.

Two ways your neck could get bigger:
You get significantly fatter.
You start lifting weights and gain muscle.

If you're not planning on doing either of those, your neck shouldn't change size. Buy stuff that fits, don't look to "grow into things."

maybe it does when you gain weight, not the age
