I'm more concened with design than labels. I go for button-downs, tab collars, pin through collars, preferably with cuffs

Where do you get your pin-throughs and tab collars? I am rather drawn to pin-throughs in particular...

The last one I bought was from T M Lewin at Meadowhall in Sheffield. You can order stuff online too but I think they only stock white of that type. They're about £40-45.

 

Adam of London did/still do a decent pin through collar shirt and they also do a tab collar.

For my build, I love Borrelli the most, then RLPL (tailored fit). These fit perfect OTR, no alterations needed at all.
