Good Barber Shops/Hair Salons in Northern Virginia?

Where could I find a good barbershop/hair salon in Northern Virginia that is good at giving short/clean cut haircuts? The barbershop I'm currently going to keeps lopp-siding my hair, and always seems to stubbornly cut my hair the same way despite instructions to cut it in a slightly different manner (my barber keeps fading the sides of my head, even though I tell him not to).

if you want a standard, old-fashioned, no-frills barbershop, there's one on Wisconsin Ave/Nebraska Ave in the district.
