High protein, low calorie foods

As a weightlifter, I'm always on the lookout for foods with a ton of protein that aren't too calorie rich. I've found a few gems I thought I'd share. I figure this thread could be useful for people posting dietary gems they've found at their local grocery store. Here's a few of my staples:

Tyson Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast Fillets -- these are awesome. Each fillet has 110 calories and an amazing 24g of protein.

Special K Protein Plus Cereal. As far as cereals go, this is the best I've found for weighttraining. One serving has 100 calories and a nice 10g of protein.

Chobani Greek Yogurt - plain. This stuff is awesome as a sour cream replacement and is great on its own if you get a flavored variety or add some honey. One serving has 100 calories and 18g of protein.

Bumble Bee Sardines in water. 140 calories, 19g of protein.

Dunno what the ratio you would consider to be considered low calorie, but I'm a big fan of Cottage Cheese. The kind I get is 200 calories and 26g protein.

+1 for tuna although I'm more partial to the olive oil based tuna, tastes far better. Salmon is nice too.

Usually I try to limit the foods I buy that don't have at least a 1:10 protein:calorie ratio.

Yeah I used to do tuna in water, then add in just a bit of olive oil.

And Salmon and really most types of fish are pretty good. Also add in brown rice for the complex carbs.

Wish I could eat cottage cheese. Makes me want to puke just looking at it.

force it down and you'll come to tolerate it. i was a hater, dealt with it, and now i can have 60g of good protein eaten with zero preparation in minutes.

hmmm... that's interesting. I love cottage cheese but haven't been eating it much recently. usually sprinkle with a little fresh black pepper. what about Greek yogurts? My Fage is 130cal per serving and 23g protein, 0 fat.

btw... TKJTG, if you like yogurt I strongly recommend the Fage over Chobani... you can get it in big 1000g (35oz) tubs.

Fage is great. But not that low fat shit. Get the regular one. It's good with macadamia nuts and kiwi.
