San Francisco Bay Area members: tailor alteration help

Hi Bay Area SF members,

I would like to have a couple suits altered, in terms of sleeve length and also shorten pant hems.  The latter is usually pretty straightforward, but I am more concerned about the work on a sleeve with working button holes.

Any recommendations on tailors in the area?  I saw the other thread here in San Francisco but that's a bit too far for me as I live near San Mateo/Palo Alto: http://www.styleforum.net/t/64582/bay-area-members-tailor-advice-needed

Thanks!

laurel cleaning in san carlos gets good reviews on yelp. the owner (frank) was a tailor at bloomingdales for about a decade or so before opening his own shop. i took a jacket and some shirts to get altered but haven't gotten them back, so unfortunately i can't really give any feedback as to his actual work.

It seems that I recommend my alterations tailor to SF members a couple of times a week.
Several members have also used him with very positive results. He's done some complicated
work for me, including shoulders and rise modifications., Caution: He tends to be late with
projects unless you stress urgency. Bonus: He's a really nice guy
