I sent a coat back Monday and I received a reply they received it the next day. Keep in mind I live in MA and it was sent to NJ.

My wife sent an item back for exchange to Net-a-porter recently. The exchange item was sent out the next day.
The address that returns are sent to are the same for both companies.
