Hi everyone,
I recently got engaged and as part of the verbal contract i have been promised a nice watch (Men are getting back at De Beers for suggesting to women that men should spend three months salary on a ring!). So i have been dropping hints and she relented!
I am asking for suggestions for nice watches in the $5000 range. I only ask because I have always loved the Tag Heuer Monaco but realised that there are a lot of people who think that you can get a much better quality watch than the TAG at that price. I wont be wearing the watch everyday as my work isnt that formal so im really looking for a stylish classic watch.C
I have looked through a few of the threads (particularly the poor mans watch thread). Are there any watch gurus who can suggest brands with great quality for that price?
