Yellowing pants waistband - How to clean?

Hi guys

The white Waistband and pockets lining inside pants are yellowing, really not that big of a deal since its not seen, but it bothers me a bit.
Now being that the pants are dry clean only, how should i go about cleaning it?

Looked all over, can't find any help.

Cedric, I hope (for your sake) there are no yellow stains in the crotch or nicotine stains in the seat of those pants because if there are, it would be bad.

Dry cleaning contributed to the yellowing or is the main culprit of it.

Maybe they got scorched? The dry cleaning process should not cause this kind of discoloration if your going somewhere good. Take em back to the cleaners see what they say.
