I think it's gorgeous. Not for me, since I'm kinda shrimpy and must beware Dreaded PeeWee Herman Syndrome, but if you're a bigger guy and/or wanting to make a bit of a play, it could rock.
Perhaps because seeing the tweed on a woman "primes" you into thinking it's a women's fabric only. In the UK, loud colours on tweed are part of the establishment, really. Case in point:
