Tan/Khaki Wool or Tropical wool suit

Does anyone have any advice where I can obtain a quality suit in the tan/khaki/beige family in wool or tropical wool?  I'm having trouble finding anything locally OTR and am considering made to measure.  I am in New Orleans and options are limited to say the least.  I've checked the affiliate online dealers and ebay and haven't had any luck finding anything in my size 44L.

Thanks for the advice brainchild. I'm happy to pay for quality that will last. I ended up going to a local men's store in New Orleans two days ago. They advised me to wait 2-3 weeks for the arrival of their Spring inventory. If I'm not happy with their OTR tan/khaki suits, they have Coppley, RLBL, Zegna mtm options. I'd like to spend less than $2500.

It looks to me you should consider custom tailoring - if yyou can't find the particular color/fabric in retail stores.

you'll probably get a decent suit for even less that $2500 but khaki suits usually come out a few weeks before spring so good luck with that

Ended up finding this on ebay.  I'm not sure of the year it was manufactured.  The shoulder and chest measurements are exactly what I am so hopefully it was meant to be....will see what color it really is when I receive it. And he has a return policy!

Looks good. That's a good thing though, return policy is always crucial on ebay.
