Can anyone recommend a maker/seller of summer-weight tweeds beyond John Hardy's Riviera collection?

I doubt that the Riviera Collection is actually tweed.  At that weight it is more likely tweed pattern tropical worsted.  Bookster has fabric like that running around 390 gr./m.

Well, you can call it what you want. I'm looking for stuff that resembles tweed but is 8-9 oz, suitable for summer.

Carlo Barbera for H. Lesser. Feels like cashmere and handles as it is heavier that its 8/9 oz weight.

Ariston has fancy patterns but I have not made any so I cannot attest to how they handle.

Linen/Silk Tweeds are pretty light and breathable.

Rugby had one last year, I wore it a lot - felt nice

For some reason I have gotten the idea that Breanish Tweeds are made is quite light weights though whether they'd be light enough for true summer wear would depend on where you live.  You might contact Jodek directly and ask them.
