Help ID this style of boot and who makes them?

Hey folks,

I'm trying to ID this style of boot (actually for a lady-friend, but I've seen these in both men's and women's). I know All Saints and Fiorentini + Baker both make them, but All Saints seems like extremely poor quality for the price and F+B is great quality, but at a significantly higher price. Trying to find a good/authentic alternative that might be a middle ground on price and still offer solid quality.

There's a Paul Smith version this past season.
Of course they're probably more expensive than the F&B.
