I'm trying to build up a better wardrobe and decided to buy some shoes from bb this christmas during their sale. They recently arrived and are my first real purchases of higher end dress shoes. The first pair is the wingtip bal:

the second is the pref cap toe:

When I got them I noticed a broken stitch on the wingtip bals.

I'd imagine I should go to the store to exchange the shoe. When I got the cap toe shoe I decided to give it an inspection and noticed one of the stitches bunched up a bit.

it's pretty hard to see in the pictures but it's there in the center sticking out from the stitching. It seems to me that this wouldn't be typical but is it worth exchanging the shoes for?

Additionally, if you look at the two links and view the second picture looking at the shoe directly head on there's a depression where the tongue is sewed on to the upper. Both my shoes have that depression and some tiny stitching sticking out of it (a very, very small amount and perhaps less noticable than the black captoe pictures) of which I was unable to take a good picture. I'd imagine this is normal and simply due to the tongue being sewed on.

I'm not really sure if I'm now being hyper sensative due to the broken stitching from the wingtips and expecting a super perfect finish but I'd appreciate any advice or opinions on this seeing as how previously I hadn't really taken notice of the stitiching so much when looking at the shoes in person to see what's normal or not.

Thanks
