Best Underwear You've Worn? - Page 3

Sure, if you are going to have your silk smalls measured and hand-made by Italian virgins, you might get something different. But otherwise, uniqlo, muji, edwin, calvin klein, jockey - just get whatever happens to fit you (and this is completely ungeneralisable because we all have very different sized and shaped buttocks, thighs etc.). I know what fits me, and what I am used to, and I stick with it. There's no real point in recommending this brand or that to anyone else!

So just because two products are made in the same factory, there can't be any quality difference between the two?

if you sweat, it dries extremely fast, odor control, heat gear. Good shit.

It's not impossible, but between the brands discussed here, there really isn't much difference, no.

I had a few pairs of cotton boxer shorts made, but I tend to prefer a boxer brief. I can't find them in the UK but I hear on good authority that Perry Ellis make the best ones.

+1 on the Hanes Boxer Briefs.

The best boxers are made custom by forum affiliate and all-around gentlespoken person, Carl of CEGO.

Someday, he will make me a pair from Simonnot-Godard chambray at gunpoint.

Really, the only way to avoid the dreaded Ringo Starr issue.

This might explain something that I saw in Harrod's about twelve years ago. It was on the first floor men's furnishings section.

Ringo Starr and Barbara Bach were standing among the boxers. The salesman would remove the boxers from the packaging, and Ringo would have Barbara hold up the boxers while the Beatle measured the waistband with measuring tape.

Ringo was quite exacting, and would measure several times...similar to what SF Senior Member "a tailor" does.

Mr. Starkey obviously did not trust Harrod's sizing...your story now confirms the issue.

Wrong. I'm 100% male. :)

Anyways I decided to try out the thong today I went to Sears they had a nice sale going on. Needless to say I did not like the feeling all too much, quite uncomfortable, for some reason I felt naked. But that's not where the problems started. Removing was a real bitch! The back strip got tangled with my ass hairs and it was a pain to remove! I had to get scissors and clip the ass hairs. I have a very hairy ass. My girlfriend told me to use a hair blower to blow the hairs off the thong so I can return it back for a refund and that's exactly what I did.

Going to try the Calvin Klein boxer trunks. A bit pricey but quality looks good.

Would be more impressive were it less common on SF.

Thanks, Snoopy: No one who has seen this thread will ever, ever, ever buy a thong at Sears. The odds we get yours are low, but still.

I'm kidding (seriously). I was just trollin. I could never wear a thong.

Anyways I really love Uniqlo low rise boxer briefs. Here is a pic side to side with a Hanes boxer brief. As you can see in the pic, the hanes is too long in length, legs and crotch...so it causes sag ass on the back. The Uniqlo fits perfect, balls are more comfty. The Hanes has no "cup" so you will feel your dick and balls flatten underneath your jeans.

Anyone have experience with Choctaw Ridge? Damn expensive for underwear, but I love the way they look.
