Been on an Geller sale-kopping-spree, so might as well channel my inner melo and go all RG. nod[1].gif

Zip blazer
Seconds tee
Coated denim
xCP collab

Yes. Solid look, there.
How's that coating feel?

Is that the 'brown' zip blazer?
Obviously not a perfectly color accurate pic, but it looks like it slides between brown and brownish-green??

Also, shouldn't you be sporting at least 2-3 more layers, plus a scarf and jewelry to achieve maximum gellerz?

Has anyone handled the Mohair Combo Sweatshirt Charcoal from this season? I like the looks of it, but fit pics I've seen make it seem a hulk-sized in the arms, but I'm wondering if that's from the thick cotton used and if that settles or not. It seems TTS, but can anyone confirm?

Handled it, but haven't tried it on. Pretty sure it fits short too, so watch out there. Arms are definitely a thick cotton. I would guess it's TTS in body but perhaps a weird fit in length and arms.

It doesn't feel like it's a thick coat or anything.  I'm curious to see how it breaks in...and how the coating fades.

The zip blazer is technically labeled "khaki" I believe...but it's really a dark brown olive. It might be my favorite thing this season.

Seconds tee looks nice with the other stuff, and I really like the little peek of the contrast back

I've been lurking a long time, finally decided to post. smile.gif

I have it, although I have the actual sample from that runway pic. As far as I can tell, it's consistent with the production versions. And it's consistent with all my other Geller tops - I basically get a 48 in all tops and outwear.

I have both the purple melange from the FW13 runway, and the black fleece version from FW12 production. I placed them next to each other and the cut is exactly the same save for the pocket detailing. The fleece from '12 is heavier though, so the fit is a bit more 'solid,' while the '13 melange drapes more. In fact, the melange almost feels like it would be a spring weight were it not for the texture (which is awesome in person), but the fabric is surprisingly warm. It's a great color too.

I wasn't as into the double pockets either originally just by looking at it, but after putting it on it's a totally different story. With the nubby fabric, the pockets actually tend to disappear on the body, but the flaps seem to help give it more structure since the fabric is lighter.

Since I know how much everyone loves shitty phone pics, here's one of me looking like a FW12 video game character

Quilted vest/plaid flannel/ss11 wrap belt/jodphur shorts/fw12 boots obvi

Shorts are starting to grow on me a little

Melo has reached level 27!

Which vest is that?
I just returned an eBay'd Geller vest that I bought out of spite of losing the black Y!JP one. Figured I'd never wear it.

thanks for the feedback. Acrimony just got to me with some measurements, in case anyone else is also looking.

48
Length: 28.25"
Shoulder: 18"
Chest: 21"

50
Length: 29"
Shoulder: 19"
Chest: 23"

Will probably end up getting the 50, even though the sleeves will undoubtedly be too long and require some tailoring.

Ever since whatever the season the first CP collab combat boots with spats came out been wanting to try that combat boots / thermal longjohns / large wool shorts look for the winter but with all due seriousness there was no chance in hell of me incorporating that look into my everyday casual look for... winter for fuq sakes. Looks good with that quilted vest tho.

It's the FW12 one you were trying to get

That was my reasoning as well...for some reason my Geller thermals make the shorts bunch up all funky but I remembered I have some nice bamboo leggings from MJK back in the day.
Does the trick nicely. I'll probably take some real pics of this this weekend

PS. who's going to pick up those Harald dresses on ebay for cross dressing on the weekends??
