Damn, gonna have to start checking every 20 minutes to make sure I don't miss everything. SF pageviews will be through the roof next couple of days. All part of Fok's plan, I think. Can't wait to see what's available.

Edit: nvm. Just saw note about prelaunch email blast. Good to know. Now time to wait impatiently

I didnt request it, but I did ask about it in the sales thread. I don't really mind that we don't get early access but I'm curious FoK, will there be any limitations on the sales? I can already imagine single digit post count members swooping everything for resale...

Edit: any hooded bombers? Must. Buy. Grail.

Is there a range of sizes in tees? I'm assuming those will be mostly what us guys on the larger end of the Geller scale will have to pick from.

Yes, that one. It's pretty awesome. I sorta want it myself. I'd wear it layered over one of the tanks, and pair with the winter shorts, thermal longjohns, and some stompers to get my inner Highlander on. There are a lot of pieces that lends themselves to being worn as separates, like the Richard jacket, but there are also a lot of pieces that really require a full commitment to the look. I think that this will be a great opportunity for people to do so at a more accessible price.

There are tons of tees in larger sizes. A lot of Geller's knit and cut and sew pieces are quite oversized.. I dunno what size you are, but I am a 5'11", 175 lb guy with a true 40 chest, and reasonably muscular but narrower shoulders (essentially, I am a bulked up 38); and there are tons of cut and sew pieces, from basics like zipped of pullover sweatshirts, to "all in" pieces like the mesh over jersey tees and tanks, in larger sizes, or in oversized pieces. Some tanks that are marked size 48 or 50, for example, could easily be worn by a 52 without being "fitted". The winter shorts are pretty awesome too. They are probably calf length, and super volumnious. For the very small (say, 44) or the very large (say, a true 54), there are limited pickings, but there are definitely good pieces for most of the sizes in between.

There are also "Seconds" pieces, which will be marked as such, and the at least two long jackets from the Robert Geller/Common projects collaboration.

I am looking to see if I can offer a "preview" to Styleforum members, but I'm not sure that the software we are using (BigCommerce) allows that. However, like the Viberg sale, we will not be releasing everything all at once. For one thing, I don't have the infrastructure to fulfill 1K orders in a day (though if things fly out that fast, I'll quickly hire additional help). There will be a good selection of stuff released in several installments, to keep things manageable.

Would buy CPxGeller coat in a 46. Ooh ooh ooh.

Looking forward to the weird/miscellaneous shit as well.

Always wondered what happens to the stuff like the big ass wood bead necklaces from the SS12 show? Not that I could really get away with wearing something like that

RG Seconds Mustard tank = There are a lot of tanks, but none in mustard. We do have a pretty amazing mustard poncho though. I dunno if I can rock it myself, but it's for someone with serious style.

Hooded bomber = Yes. There are a couple. I may pick one up for myself, but there will be at least one offered. Good price too. About $250+shipping, which I think is a bargain.

We have the wood bead necklaces. There are four of them. $90 apiece. I really think that someone should try them out, just to do. Oh, or give it to someone for a secret Santa. That would rule pretty hard. There are also some "Japanese market" bolero jackets. Super short. Rib length. You want to see cropped, you got cropped. Not sure how those are supposed to be styled. Someone post a runway picture.

OK, now I'm getting a bit more eager for this. Can you ballpark price for stuff like the tees and tanks?

funny how the jacket looks black there. it's brownish on the Geller site: http://www.robertgeller-ny.com/ss12.html

actually, hoping there's plenty from ss12 in there. that's one of my favorite seasons.
