Romantic Europe meets NYC: the ROBERT GELLER thread - Page 119

The tencel pants are such a nice material and cut.  Unfortunately the pair I snagged from yoox are a few shades too loud of a blue for me... they'll be back up in a 48 in a bit if anyone is looking for a pair.

?
Probably not... It's not exactly a new thing for him, there were versions for S/S '10 and '11, yet you don't exactly see a ton of those floating around B&S.

tons no, but markets saturate, unless it's going to become a signature thing or w.e.

  1. There weren't actually that many out there.  5-10 shops with 1-2 of each size tops in the blue and one or two places stocking the green
  2. This one's so hyped because the color is way better than the others he's done
  3. I don't know why you assume people are going to regret that purchase.  Usually when someone drops retail $ it's because they know exactly what they want

true enough. Just curious to see what happens down the road if/when the production's bumped up.

An interesting discussion. Basically every Geller stockist out there ordered the dip dye this year - meaning that there's more dip dyes floating around than any other Geller piece. Unsurprisingly, it sold well.

For me, it was the one piece I wanted this season for sure (because I slept on previous seasons). I imagine a few will get resold when people need cash or get bored of it, but I don't think you're going to see a ton of 'regret'. It's an awesome sweater.

There's a ton of stuff I like in this collection - way stronger than last Fall in my opinion. Prices are high though, so I'm going to have to wait till sale time to buy any more.
