Glad I'm not the only one that feels that way, still ended up impulse buying the last 50 at Acrimony (secretly hoping it gets canceled though). Hopefully it fits just like my SS11 one.

$300 for a cotton knit doesn't strike me as particularly outrageous.

It's not outrageous, but when your label is being dropped by stockists it's kind of odd to bump your prices up. Unless I'm misremembering some things here, which is entirely possible.

It's fucking awesome though. So soft!

I think you will find the price has less to do with Geller himself and more to do with cotton futures and an appreciated yen

Marcus at Acrimony told me today that they are going to have a 5 year collab with Robert Geller this coming spring. Most likely a dip dye or colorblock sweatshirt made just for Acrimony.

Yeah, from what I hear, it's mostly driven by the yen. You see the same thing with some of self edge's japanese brands.

And Acrimony becomes the latest store to stop carrying 44s.

Ah that makes sense, I'd forgotten about that.

'09-'10 dip dyes were the best, charcoal on grey and those jeans too

Seriously... and its not like the 44s don't sell.

^ ahh, obviously they don't. at least not as well as 46 / 48. why else would they be dropped? they're hardly more expensive to source.

can't see it on their webstore but i'm really after the green. anyone?

Blackbird Seattle has the charcoal in stock, only two sizes in store that I saw, 48 and 50 I think?

Sad to report that the 5-pocket skinnys are jeggings again this season.
The fabric is not like the classic 5-pockets either, rougher, slightly less stretchy, not soft.
