No way Foolio Iglesias! Well, I judging from what I tried on...for example in past seasons I am def a 52 in RG shirts. This season I have to get a 50, and I even tried on a 48 and it fit reasonable well (applies to that one mis-matched sleeve shirt and the Andres, I believe). BUT maybe I just lost weight/muscle mass and didn't notice (actually, this is totally conceivable)

Anyone have the tee that is cut out of one piece of fabric and care to comment on sizing and fit?

Thanks!

I have it...fits pretty large and slouchy. I'm usually between a 50 and 52 and went with the smaller size and it's still a very relaxed fit.

Lucky I went the 48 fit should be spot on

Sleeves are weird though...really short and don't really exist at the armpit, meaning unless you trim and keep that area neat you've got man bush constantly on show though. Only positive is that this may win you the colabear competition though, lol.

Andreas shirts fit bigger this past season.

The rest that I tried on fit the same as always (Geo shirt, Striped button downs).

Geller sizing isn't as consistent as it used to be though - it's getting to a point where I need to try on each piece to figure out my size.

Is there anywhere that still has those RG u neck tees? I haven't had any luck finding any retailers of seconds stuff, really

RG was the only place I saw that had some, long gone now though. Wish I had picked one up.

MAN BUSH.

(Thanks, I hadn't ordered because I feared the open-air pits myself, wish I had picked up the normal sleeve one from P&B)

If you guys really experience that much inconsistency it must be the way the fabrics hang or something. I have about 8 shirts from 2009-2012, short sleeve, long sleeve, dress shirts, casual shirts, a double layer, all different fabrics and collars and shapes and every single one of them measures 16.5" in the shoulders and 19.5" in the chest.

Rambling... Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
Similarly, all my jeans (10+) measure 15.5" in the waist and 6.5" at the hem, some fitting tighter through the leg but still mostly the same. (Ash denim and moto jeans on the looser side, all the washed pairs and the solid colors from SS12 fitting tighter) I won't question that there are some different cuts though, like the gross loose light wash from SS12, the tapered buckled ones from FW11 and a raw denim pair I had from a couple years ago. I am getting the feeling that they are going to start being more clear about that ("type B" jeans at Blackbird, "type C" at Anture) so hopefully that will help but still I think you can usually tell pretty easily from fit pics. Gradient jeans from 2010 and Maharadja pants from 2008 fit the same as the current season jeans.

Even the jackets all seemed sized consistently to me, except the obvious like my overcoat fits bigger than my jean jacket because its made to be worn over things and certain things that are supposed to be worn oversized like the fleece blazers and this season's sweatshirts and I think they can look good that way. I tried on the hooded bomber that was on B&S as well as the long black jacket that was with it, I think they were from 2008 and 2010 or something and they pretty much fit just like my green bomber from 2010 and my flight jacket from 2012

Maybe I'm just lucky

The josef tank is really nice but I think I'll be using it more as a layering piece than on it's own.

My experience with Geller sizing consistency:
Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
I've got 4 pair of size 52 5-pocket skinny jeans.
Supposedly all the same exact 'model' of pant from various seasons.
Navy/purple fit tight but stretchy.
Green from last season fit snug, slightly less stretchy it seems
Warm black from 2 seasons fits an entire size larger, looser in the waist all the way down, it's basically a 54.
Current Petro jeans fit like previous seasons in the waist but significantly tighter from the thigh on down. Also considerably rougher feeling cotton. Could be the wash/dye/treatment.

All of my tees fit basically the same for their size.

Main/Seconds tanks vary slightly based on how far the material stretches out (i dont wash them often)

Souvenir jacket is not very forgiving and fits very tight for a 52 (imo) so I wear it open since i've gained weight since purchasing.

Solution: I need to drop 25lbs and everything will fit awesome.
