Piere Corthay Vendome- please advise me

Hi everybody,

I'm newbie in this forum, I have never owned Piere Corthay last Vendome and i wanna to buy one shoes. I fit last 888 Edward Green, so please tell me in the same size eg. 40EU is Vendome bigger than 888 Edward Green?
Your help are highly appreciated.
P/s: sorry for my bad English (I don't use it for a long time).

What size/fitting do you take in Edward Green last 888?

I'm a Uk7.5E in the 888 and size 8 for corthay

Thank you, I figure out Corthay's Vendôme size 7 smaller than EG size 7, is that right?
