Luggage Sale websites/ stores this season

I am in the market for check in luggage and am trying to find out of there are luggage websites and stores that are offering deep discounts on their products.

My budget is $300-$1000ish for check in luggage (before discount; the range is just to give you an idea of how much I want to spend)

I have done some research and have not found a lot to find (so far). There are the websites like http://www.bergmanluggage.com for instance that offer a bunch of luggage but their discounts don't seem to be that deep, or, in other cases, I am not sure about product quality. Other sites:

http://www.luggagefactory.com/index.shtml

http://www.luggagefactory.com/index.shtml

and so on.

Much obliged for the help.

I am not affiliated with any of them but I am unaware of ANY luggage company with a better warranty or better customer service than Briggs & Riley which I linked here to your first site. Their warranty is UNCONDITIONAL to my knowledge. I had a situation last year where a 'helpful' person in an elevator gave a jerk on my luggage and broke the clip on one of the straps that connect the suitcases together into a rolling train.

I called their customer service after the trip and without having to offer proof of purchase, was sent a free replacement strap...overnight! I was unable to get this same type of service when I had a similar issue with a piece of Hartmann luggage.

The B&R pieces have taken a beating from airlines and cruise lines and after almost a decade, this was the first issue we've had.

Eagle Creek has that level of warranty on some of their bags...

Briggs & Riley seems to be at the stage now where Tumi once was. If I were of a mind to buy Tumi style luggage now I would go with B&R. However I have Tumi bags coming out of my ears and now find that when I travel now I want the lightest I can get, so I've been using a Crumpler Boston Heist. It's fine for me for up to week and has held up for four trips now.

Tumi's warranty is no longer the unconditional policy that it once was.

Thanks for the reply. Briggs and Riley is a strong candidate on my list.

However, would you say that the discounts on the B&R products - from around 10% to 17$ - in that link are as good as they are going to get?
