Good Options for MTM Dress Shirts?

Will need to pick up a few dress shirts in the near future and vaguely remember coming upon a number of newer dress shirt vendors (only remember the name of J Hilburn) offering high quality/MTM dress shirts at reasonable prices (<$150). Looking to go the MTM route since I've had such difficulty finding nicely-fitting dress shirts--my wardrobe is currently stocked with BB Slim Fit dress shirts which work well for my build (44" chest, 36" waist).

Forum favorites in this arena in addition to J Hillburn, whose fabrics I'm not really in love with, or other good options to look into?

Nothing?

There's lots of threads about MTM options. If BB OTR works well for you, why go MTM?

Find a local MTM shop and have your first shirt made. Wash and wear it a few times. Then, use one of the on-line MTM shirt shops using measurements for your first shirt (with adjustments if necessary). This worked for me.

You might wish to check out Individualized shirts.
They offer "custom" through major high end retailers
and men's shops. Over twenty years ago I purchased
several of the RTW line. They were very well made and
wore like iron. I have know idea whether this would be the case today.

Jantzen of course.

If you do a search you will find as many threads on this subject as you care to read.

I have had good luck with MTM, but have found that I prefer the fabrics in the high end RTW. Since I know my measurements, I can look for shirts that fit very closely to my MTM shirts. It also helps that most of the "slim fits" and Euro makers are almost exactly my measurements.

I've kinda exhausted the fabric options that I like, and kinda looking to mix it up for novelty's sake.
