Is this jacket too small?

So I just ordered a nike windrunner jacket in large and don't know if it is too small or not, it feels alright to me but my friend says it looks small. Just want a second opinion before I have to ship it back out for an XL.

If my opinion is of any worth, I think size is OK.

It doesn't look too small. The body seems to fit you well.

It's a short jacket by design and the knit cuffs and waist make it look even shorter
in the length and sleeves. If you go up a size the jacket will be a little longer in
the sleeves and length but may be too big in the body.

Agree, it looks fine, elasticated waist jackets are supposed to create a slim defined look.
