In search of a tan sandal

Is it possible that none of the top end shoemakers bother with sandals? Tan, leather sole? Is it to much to ask?

Lefott doesn't even have one available...

I got a pair from Marc Jacobs last summer. I'm quite fond of them.

Prada is noted for their sandals, I've seen them from LV, Gucci and Zegna as well. They are usually Spring/Summer collection items, which should be out in a couple of months. Try eBay, you might get lucky with a model from previous seasons. I got lucky in the B/S here a couple of weeks ago and picked up a pair of cognac Prada sandals from csgz22 for an excellent price. They are the ones shown in a recent thread on men and sandals. smile.gif

You shouldn't be wearing sandals.

I think you have made a valid point, but summer here in Australia is very hot and flip flops are so wrong...

I think I will do the gentlemanly thing and do loafers only! Advice taken...

I wear my sandals with dressy shorts, linen or print shirt and sunglasses. Pulling off loafers And shorts is tricky, wrong loafers and you look like a constipated retard, try boat or suede mocs with shorts.

Why not try some espadrilles - fun to say and fun to wear. Plus they cover your toes. They're a triple threat!
