To really hit the Mormon population, go further south down the 1-15.

SLC is nice enough. A rather boring city. No real shopping, no real dining. Great proximity to winter sports. Just move to Park City.

Sometimes think I'd like to live there for a year or so just for all the outdoor stuff to experience in the area/state (and natural scenery)... Can think of many weekend trips.

However, I don't know if I'd want to be there long-term.
