Aaaah, the benefits of all your colleagues and family knowing you love Ralph Lauren. I suggest over the next year you slyly slip in conversations with close friends/relatives about things you bought at your favorite stores. "I just bought this really nice suit at Brooks Brothers, they call it Golden Fleece, paid quite a penny - but the quality is top notch." or "Have you checked out the sale at Ralph Lauren? Some pretty good blazers..." etc.. you get my point - but don't make it so obvious like, "Hey Jim, there's a sale at Paul Stuart I just bought this coat from there." Bring up the topics appropriately when the topic is at hand or can be switched over to if for instance someone glances/notices something you are wearing.
Basically, let your friends know, without blatantly telling them, what you want, if they are truly your friends they'll give it to you.
