are the soles on getta grips as comfortable as those on regular docs? i ask because my job has me on my feet, constantly moving for ten hours a day, and if it weren't for my 1460's, i doubt i'd still have feet or shins anymore. i have a bit of disposable income for once, and was going to buy a pair of 14i getta grips, but only if i'd be able to wear them to work in with no physical repercussions.
