first class tailors in brentwood is the best on the west side imo. i've brought plenty of rlbl/rlpl there.

Anyone know where I can find a good tailor for pants and jeans in Los Angeles?

Trying to decide between Paul @ Wilshire and First Class Tailors in West LA. Paul seems to be loved on here, FCT loved on Google reviews. Anyone been to both that can give a rec? Looking to get an RLBL suit, and Zegna tux altered, including some waist supression and pant slimming on the Zegna. Also need to get a leather jacket altered (not sure if either are any good at that, but I can always take that elsewhere).

I've used Paul and am a fan of his work. Not cheap, but he's a perfectionist.

Has anyone gotten sleeve buttonholes made at either Paul, Charles or Enzo?

Sounds right. Southwest corner of Olympic and La Peer, 2nd floor.

Yes to Paul and Charles. Can't remember with Enzo -- not sure if I ever used him for a suit.

The tailor at Alandales did a splendid job on my suits and sport coats. He is expensive, but the quality is there. He takes a little more time than average. Usually, around 2 weeks.

Good for both. I think I only did one suit with Charles. Paul has done several suits and sportcoats for me. He takes pride in doing nice work on sleeve buttons. (I think he's probably also a bit cheaper.)

Got quoted for $260 for pants adjustments, 4 button holes on each sleeve and sleeve lengthening in 2weeks. Seems a little pricey but he definitely gave me a sense of the quality of work he produces and was very personable. Edit: I got my suit back and the surgeon cuffs are perfect. Pants were done well too. Overall, top notch quality.

Sorry to revive an old thread, but I have two blazers whose sleeves I need to get shortened from the shoulders. Can anyone recommend a tailor in Los Angeles and an approximate price?
