This probably seems like a silly question, but I am having a difficult time finding a quality long navy coat in either a moleskin or cotton gabardine. Any type of tightly woven cotton fabric will probably do. I am 6 4" with a 36.5-37 sleeve length, so the normal off the rack "XL"s don't fit me. I really need something sized by chest (i.e. 44L). I am having a difficult time finding a nice quality, cotton gabardine coat that is not a trench coat. My requires have been:
-Cotton gabardine/moleskin
-bemberg or cotton lined
-Long, i.e. 3/4 length or so
-not a trench coat or top coat (i.e. more casual collar and not double breasted)
-single breasted
-Navy
-not polyester coated or rubberized like bonded cotton
Something that looks something along the lines of:

Suggestions? Or should I just forget it and buy the above brooks brothers coat with the Loro Piana Storm System fabric.
Cost: hopefully <$500
