hey guys,

I just bought a pair of dark green pants that fit really well and are made of a nice fabric. But what colour shirt does one wear with such a colour? The only thing I can think of is white. I don't like to have clothes that get barely any use, so I'm considering returning them.

It's a colour similar to this:

Jaitaras, you missed it by a mile. Just put on a powder blue oxford on. Orange? Really? Not blue?

Oh ok. Well I hate green and blue combos personally. I just can't stand seeing them together, i guess some people don't feel the same way.

I'm not going to argue that I have great fashion sense, that's part of the reason I came here to this site, but a few of the guys I work with wear dark green pants like what the OP has, and wear black shirts like the one on the right in this picture: http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_KXDWixWUzis/SPP4BMjOmPI/AAAAAAAABnU/cjtXWCoXA3E/s1600-h/plaidgroup3 and I think they look pretty sharp. So I have a few outfits where i've kinda copied them. I don't know, it seemed nice to me.

This is a picture of a girl, because apparently i can't find any of a man, but i think cream or off yellow/off white shirts like this color go well with the dark green pants:

and i wish i had a camera so i could just take pictures of my own outfits for all ya'll to make fun of, but this is the kind of orange i was saying you may be able to pull of with the dark olive pants: http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41O6TRcRyXL.jpg

However, my wardrobe is 90% purple so maybe i'm about as far from stylish as you can get.
