You can do all the ab exercises you want but, if you dont get rid of body fat you will never see them. Do some running and or get a jump rope.

Hi all, Im new here too. OP, just like everybody else said, just ab excercises wont give you that visible sixpack. So here are some guidelines,
1.) Do the ab excecises to increase their separation and density
2.) Diet is the key to getting cut, carb cycling is great. I currently do intermittent fasting-lean gains protocol.
3.) Don't waste your time on fvckazz ab programs, they are a waste of money and time
4.) DO badass compound lifts, like deadlifts and squats. DO badass cardio like tabathas or gorilla cardio. They burn way more calories than slow jogging or situps.
