I have heard from guys on Flyertalk that you can easily compare Four Seasons Punta Mita to Four Seasons Hualalai.

I haven't been to FS Punta Mita, but have been to Hualalai.

Nice, enough to sell it to me- the big island FS is the best place I have ever been. I could go back for every vacation but my wife makes us a try a new spot every year!!

Yup, agreed. I think FS Hualalai is one of the best FS properties. But I wouldn't necessarily say that it is better than FS George V haha. That's just me though.

Oh and just to remind everyone (if you didn't know already) that you can always use Four Seasons Preferred Partner to book your trip. The benefits are quite nice in my opinion. Free upgrade upon availability, free breakfast and other benefits depending on property. Best thing about it is that you don't have to pay to use FSPP!

I have never been, but my parents booked a 2 bedroom condo at the residence club this summer so I hope it is nice.

I have never visited to Punta Mita so I am not aware of the four seasons over there. But one of my friend is on Punta Mita tour, he is not came back yet. I am very excited to know about places and environment over there. I will definitely post whenever I will get new information.

Spent some time there recently and we stayed in the Arena suite, which I must say was one of the most beautiful rooms I have ever had the privilege of staying in. If you get the chance to stay there, go for it....

As for the rest of the resort, overall I felt like it was right on the level of their other properties. The beach is beautiful the staff was wonderful and I really had no complaints over the course of our stay. I really enjoy golf and like to play whenever I am on vacation, and I do believe that their course is one of the most beautiful I have ever played on, if you play or if like me you at least try, you should definitely set up tee times for that (hole 3B is ridiculous). What else, the pools are beautiful especially "nuna", the tequila tasting was an interesting experience for me as well.
So the long... short way of putting it is that, you cannot go wrong there.
