Hi
I hope this is in the right forum. Go ahead and move it if not.

I been searching around the forums but can't seem to find what I'm looking for. Everything I can find for spiewak is either a jacket in the classifieds, or something about their military grade jackets. I want to know about their wool jackets, how the quality is, how warm it is, long lasting.

I'm interested in buying this for my girlfriend.

It looks to be pretty good. Anybody have experience with this brand? We're in chicago, winters are pretty brutal. I usually buy clothes online, so reviews are really all I can go off of.

Any advice is appreciated, thanks

Ive had no issues with my toggle or peacoat from them. I bought them off of a member on here and theyve done great (with additional layering) at being a basic, decent quality coat. The right pocket on each of mine ripped out, but i tend to be dumb and put heavy and/or sharp objects into them.

cool thanks, how's the warmth? Is yours just wool or does it have that "thinsulate" material too?
