Anyone use it? Connect to youtube with it? Do you like it? WTF is it?

How do you use it? Do you connect to youtube or any other sites with it? If so, why or what's the benefit? Is it just to share things with friends?

I get periodic friend requests, so I guess some people are using it, but I haven't checked it in months.
