Up for sale is a Black Sterlingwear Navy Issue Wool Peacoat, size 40S. This peacoat is Navy Issued, which means the US Navy gives these to the members of the Navy for use, and you can see from the inside tag (located inside the chest pocket so it is out of sight unless you know where to look) this jacket has been issued to someone. The person I bought this from said he never used it so it is practically brand new, and it looks that way. There are no holes, stains, rips, tears, or any defects on the coat. I never wore this coat outside, I only wore it inside to try on, before realizing that it is too big for me. I am 5'6" 165 lbs and wear a 38S-40S suit jacket but this coat is too big for me. I would be better in a size 38S. (in fact, I would be open for a trade for a excellent condition Sterlingwear Peacoat size 38S). Approximate measurements: length (measured in the back from the bottom of the collar to the bottom hem) - 29" chest (measured across the front of the chest, pit to pit) - 22.5" bottom hem (measured across the front bottom hem) - 24" waist (measured across the front approximately where the waist would be) - 23" shoulder (measured across the back from shoulder seam to shoulder seam) - 19" Please feel free to contact me if you have any additional questions, pictures, or measurements. I accept Paypal and will only ship to Paypal Confirmed Addresses...NO EXCEPTIONS!
