Why don't you use Borderlinx as a proxy? I purchased a Dayton shirt recently and the total shipping to SG was under US$15.

 

I'm eyeing the 19thC polka dot as well. Too bad KIN doesn't carry XS for this season.

I used Borderlinx. You'll need a Citibank card though.

i'm around a 31-32 and i've got a pair in 30. they fit very well but it just can't button the tabs on the sides. so i'd say yes.

tempted to get the lighter one but like you said it's not that wearable. And I'm left handed and as principle probably wouldn't want to buy it for that fact alone

It's surprisingly wearable although the fit in the body is too short. I wouldn't recommend buying it without trying on. Also, besides being slightly costumey it doesn't look that spectacular in person IMO.
