Wearing Sweaters

Have a quick question concerning wearing sweaters. Is it ok to wear sweaters without wearing anything (t-shirt or a shirt) underneath?

Maybe if it's a crew-neck, but the open-chest v-neck look should be reserved for douchebags and juice-heads.

Even with a crew-neck (or turtleneck, for that matter) it may look fine but it doesn't make much sense; if it's cold enough to be wearing a sweater then it's cold enough to be wearing it over something. If it's warm enough to wear a sweater on it's own, then it makes much more sense to wear just a shirt without the sweater.

Wouldn't it feel weird to have wool touch your bare chest the entire day?

An undershirt protects a shirt or sweater from underarm sweat and anti-perspirant. Can you wear the sweater on skin alone? Sure, but don't be suprised if the underarms get ruined over time.

You've never had a wool undershirt I guess shog[1].gif

If you don't wear an undershirt you're going to need to wash the sweater much more often.
