It's a custom LV jacket. You can easily make one yourself by ripping the sleeves off and sewing on the lv leather to it.

I know of no such thing. Simply buy an LV monogram piece, cut it up into strips, and sew it on. Get your tailor to do it for you. You will need a long piece of monogram leather to do this. BUT, i don't suggest doing it because Justin Bieber already made this custom for himself.
