He claims he did not intentionally violate the rule. I guess someone said "its flaxseed oil and vitamins."

I've always believed (rightfully) that PED use was rampant in MLB but I wouldn't be surprised if Pujols was cleaned. He has always been physically massive and even as a rookie he was huge (probably because he was 5 years older than he claimed). Barry Bonds in 2001 looked like he had eaten two Barry Bonds from 1986 and Pujols just doesn't look like that. Also, for someone as well known as him, he largely hasn't shown up in the discussion surrounding steroid use and his name wasn't on the 2003 leaked list of PED users.

All speculation, but as I said I wouldn't be surprised if he is clean.

There are more PEDs than just steroids, there is a long history of stimulants as well and recent tests bear that out.

Yoiu would believe with all the scrutiny in testing these days that you would not just start grabbing supplements of the shelf with inquiring about them.

Dude, read up on which drugs are abused. And why don't you think uppers would be a PED?
