She lost her fav. earring... anyone in the jewerly business - custom earrings?

A very good friend of mine lost one of her favorite earrings. This was not a very expensive earring, something like $20 from American Eagle from a few years ago. No special metal or anything really fancy, but I can't find anything even close to this and want to get her a replacement for a birthday coming up. Any ideas or suggestions would be great. Thought about getting a custom set made, but not even sure how to go about that and if it is possible.

In before this will not get you laid comments. Maybe try posting this where all the girls hang out (dumb threads here or purse forum); it is very likely that some girl on the internet has them. On the other hand, maybe start thinking about getting her a new favourite pair of earrings.

Yep, great idea, already signed up but they have a 5 day wait to post a new topic on the forum :/ 2 more days to go
